From Mobile to PC: How Playstrom and SayGames Are Growing Together
What does it take for a successful mobile studio to make the leap to PC?
July 28, 2026
In a recent interview with GamesBeat, Playstrom CEO & Founder Ivan Bogdanchuk and SayGames CEO & Co-Founder Yegor Vaikhanski discuss the making of Shipping Store Simulator 2037, what surprised them most about building for Steam, and why both companies see PC as a long-term opportunity rather than a one-off experiment.
A successful PC game can become a strong foundation for a mobile version because it already has an audience. For our PC projects, our goal is to build games that are cross-platform from the very beginning. PC is the primary platform they are designed for, while mobile becomes the next stage of their evolution.
For SayGames, supporting the move into PC was a natural next step in a long-term publishing partnership.
Our expertise is in mobile, but when one of our long-term partner studios decided to expand into PC, we wanted to make that journey together. That’s what a strong, long-term partnership means to us.

And one more exciting update: Shipping Store Simulator 2037 officially launches on Steam on October 14, 2026.
